2025 Enrolment Timeline

We have a very comprehensive transition to Maeroa, and we know that students who follow this pathway are better prepared for success at the start of the year. The dates for enrolments for 2025 are as follows.

If your child currently attends Frankton School, Aberdeen School, Nawton School, Forest Lake School, or Vardon School, we communicate directly with those schools. If you currently attend another school, call our office on 847 5014 to register your interest, and we will make sure you are kept up to date with any communications.

TERM 3

Week 2 -  Maeroa Road Show

We will visit our local primary schools to introduce ourselves and tell students a bit about Maeroa.

We consider our local schools, Frankton Primary, Aberdeen Primary, Forest Lake Primary, Nawton Primary and Vardon Primary.  If your child attends a different school, please watch our Facebook page for the most up-to-date information.

Week 4 - Information Evening - Tuesday 13th  August - 6 pm - 7.30

We invite prospective students and their whaanau to come and discover all that Maeroa offers. Please be seated in our auditorium for a 6 pm start, and then classes will open for you to talk with students and teachers. No registration is needed for this event.

If you miss this evening, don't hesitate to contact the office so we can make alternative arrangements.

Week 4 - Enrolment Packs -  Available Monday 12 August

  • Enrolment packs are dropped at contributing schools Frankton Primary, Aberdeen Primary, Forest Lake Primary, Nawton Primary and Vardon Primary and are available for families to return before Wednesday, 18 September.
  • If you attend a school outside of our regular primary schools, they will be available at our Information Evening
  • It is important that students wanting to apply for placement in the Sports Unit, Reo Rua, or the Gifted and Talented class meet the enrolment deadlines, as testing takes place early in term 4.
